Returns Policy

Photonics Technologies offers a 7-day return guarantee if the product has an error on our part or is damaged or defective. This means that the customer may return the product in its original condition within 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the product is delivered. We’ll give the customer a full refund including the original cost of delivery.

Before returning any product, the customer must first contact us with the reason for return. No returns will be accepted without first contacting us in writing, this includes letter, fax or email.

To ensure the safe return of the product, the product must be sending back in the original cardboard box. No money will be refund if the return is damaged due to a fault packing other than the original cardboard box. The customer shall return the products at customer’s expenses, unless the goods are faulty.

The warranty of all our products is 12 months against manufacturer defects. This means that Photonics Technologies will repair, without charge, any defects due to manufacturer defects for twelve months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to accessories or damage caused where repairs have been made or attempted by others. The customer has to pack the product securely and return it at customer’s expense. After the repair of the product Photonics Technologies will return it and pay for the shipment cost.
